Rent is posted manually on the 1st of every month and payable to the office by check, cashier's check, or money order, as well as via our online portal. Convenience fees may apply for credit or debit cards, but there is no fee when using your account and routing number via the eCheck option. Rent is considered late on or after the 6th of every month.

If you are in need of maintenance in your home or notice anything around the community, you can put in a maintenance request through the online portal, or by calling the office. If the request is for your home, please be sure to specify any instructions and give permission to enter.

If you have not already, please check your email inbox, junk, and spam folders for emails from Discovery West – The Hub and link your Amazon account to begin receiving packages via the automated lockers.

If you would like to have your name added to the building directory to allow guest access via your phone, please contact the office and let us know.

Our community has quiet hours from 10pm – 8am daily, as detailed in our lease agreement. All activity, music, and general noise should be kept to a reasonable and minimal level during these times.

Please remember that Discovery West is a strictly smoke-free community. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, marijuana, hookah, incense, candles, and personal BBQ grills. Smoke of any kind is not permitted anywhere on community property, including inside apartments, garages, and patios.

In keeping with COVID-19 pandemic guidelines for sanitization and social distancing of amenity spaces such as the pool, fitness center, playroom, and conference room, these spaces are available on an appointment-only basis. Please visit AmenityPass to reserve use of these spaces up to 47 hours in advance of your desired time. You will also need your apartment passcode to reserve. Please contact the office if you have not received or have misplaced your passcode.
